After the tour is given and you decide you want to enroll your child, please complete the application process. The school uses TADS to streamline our admissions, enrollment, and school fees process. The application form is located at this web address (http://mytads.com/a/stjacobi) or just click here to fill out the application. After you complete the application, the information will be sent to the principal and you should receive an e-mail to complete the enrollment process.
The e-mail to complete the enrollment process will ask you for all your information that is needed to complete our registration process. You will have to set up an account which will allow you to go in at any time throughout the year to make changes if needed. The required enrollment documents (medical forms) needed for registration can be printed off and sent into the school office.
Following successful application and enrollment, the school fees management agreements will be sent out via e-mail. It’s important to complete these forms immediately upon receiving them. In this agreement, you will see the options for paying school fees for the school year.
