Our days learning and exploring together

Bible Time   Spiritual growth

We spend time each day in God’s Word using devotions, bible stories, prayers and songs.  Each child is a gift from God and we will love and nurture your child.

Center Time and Free Play    Self-direction, choice, imagination, problem-solving

We believe that children learn through play. During this time children choose from a variety of activities, including a sensory table, play dough, dramatic play, blocks, books, creative art, science and nature, puzzles, puppets and games.

Small Group/Math   Sharing, following directions, fine motor skills, number sense

We provide language and math opportunities such as talking about the calendar, weather and/or sharing thoughts with classmates. Through hands on experiences we practice number recognition, patterns, following directions, fine motor skills and creative expression.

Large Group/Music Time    Unity, movement, memory, expression

Different experiences during this fun time include active and quiet songs, finger-plays and instruments.

Story Time    Listening, attention, language, literacy

We read and share a variety of stories relating to the theme of the week or letter of the day.

Outside Play and Gym Time    Gross motor skills, movement, socialization

Each day the children enjoy our exciting outside playground and gym where they continue developing social skills and gross motor skills.

Social Skills    Socialization, responsibility, nutrition, manners

As children enjoy snacks that were sent from home, they practice their table manners, as well as develop social skills while they communicate with their peers.
